For a tweet to count as homophobic, it must express a negative attidude towards exclusive same sex attraction or attraction to both sexes, deny its existence or immutability, or attempt to erase/redefine language or history relating to it.

Breakdown

Many of the tweets have been categorised using tags.

Straight inclusion (357): The belief that homosexuality is "same gender attraction", not same sex attraction. By this logic, lesbians can be sexually attracted to penises if the penis owner identifies as a woman, and gay men can be attracted to someone born female with breasts and a vagina, as long as they identify as a man. This belief is perpetuated by universities, LGBT charities, and even the UN. You may ask, "what's the problem? Isn't this just being inclusive?", but the reality is this takes away language used by same sex attracted people to describe their experiences, and, as this page (and entire site) demonstrates, gives "progressives" a social and legal license to discriminate against same sex attracted people. Some even believe that it's "transphobic" to assert that homosexuality is same sex attraction.

Backlash straight inclusion (269): Lesbians who dare have single sex events that exclude biological males (no matter how they identify) are met with fierce backlash and abuse from trans rights activists. So are people who assert that homosexuals are not attracted to members of the opposite sex, no matter how they identify.

Compulsory bisexuality (177): Far right religious groups believe homosexuality (same sex attraction/sex) is immoral, and call it an abomination. They believe the only moral sexuality is exclusive opposite sex attraction. Some describe the pressure lesbians and gays experience to enter heterosexual relationships as "compulsory heterosexuality". Extremist trans rights activists and their allies believe exclusive same sex attraction is transphobic, and call it a genital preference. They believe one should be open to sex with people regardless of what genitals they have. While this technically means heterosexuality is also "transphobic", most of the hate is targeted at lesbians and gays who refuse to go along with this. Some LGBT news sites, mainstream media and other websites have published articles sharing this homophobic sentiment. In real life, some lesbians have reported being verbally abused and sexually assaulted because they sexually rejected trans women.

Blatant (80): People who claim to be part of (or allies to) the LGBT community using homophobic slurs, and other blatant homophobia.

Keep it to yourself (69): Some less overt (but still terrible) homophobes will say "You can be gay, but keep it to yourself". Many trans rights activists are saying the same thing, save for a thin veneer of "progressive" language. LGBT news site Pride.com echoes these sentiments, telling readers to "keep your 'preferences' to yourself". Even LGBT dating apps are trying to push same sex attracted people back into the closet.

Carnal lust (46): Some religious nutjobs describe homosexuals as being filled with "carnal lust". Similarly, some extreme trans rights activists call them "genital fetishists" if they refuse to interact with the genitals of the opposite sex.

Violent rhetoric (45): Extremist trans rights activists are well known for their threats and violent rhetoric, generally aimed at women who stand up to them.

Erosion (42): Tweets attempting to erode gay mens' and lesbians' boundaries. Many trans rights activists/allies think that lesbians like penises because they use strap-ons. Some will say gay men should be happy to sleep with trans men if the trans man has a dildo or surgically constructed neophallus, ignoring the fact neither functions in the same way as a real penis. Besides, there are many clues to one's sex apart from genitals which can't necessarily be changed with medical transition, such as hip size.

Conversion therapy (38): Religious groups have long sought to "cure" same sex attraction. It never worked. All it did was cause anguish and despair to those subjected to their conversion "therapy". Oh-so-enlightened trans rights activists are now telling lesbians to "unlearn" their aversion to penises, but are blind to their own homophobia because they've redefined lesbianism to include people with penises who identify as women. This disgusting rhetoric is already hurting people, with one young lesbian saying on TikTok she would seek "exposure therapy" to "fix" her repulsion to penises after a sexual abuse charity founder blamed trans people being murdered on "gender preferences".

Casual homophobia (36): I'd imagine most people would be aware of casual homophobic comments, often from the likes of teenage boys or insecure men. Trans rights activists and their allies have brought casual homophobia back into fashion, with a new, self-righteous rainbow branding.

Stonewall myth (37): The assertion that gay people owe trans people their rights is commonly used by trans rights activists and their allies to try and shame gays and lesbians who dare oppose them. They often claim that "black trans woman" Marsha P. Johnson started the Stonewall Riots in the US in 1969, despite the fact Johnson identified as a man and did not arrive at the Stonewall Inn until long after the riots started. Also, gay rights were being advanced before this. Veteran gay rights activist and Gay Liberation Front co-founder Bev Jackson says that the Stonewall Riot was started by black lesbian Stormé de Larverie. She also claims the Gay Liberation Front in the UK and Pride were started by gay men and lesbians.

Irl straight inclusion (33): Many trans rights activists believe it's wrong for lesbians to gather without biological males present. To them, including trans women (many of whom keep their penises) in all lesbian events is more important than the boundaries of said lesbians. Mocking lesbians who exclude biological males from their spaces appears to be popular on Reddit, and posts attacking gay bars that exclude biological females can get over 1000 upvotes. In the UK, a lesbian who held a speed dating event for biological females only was faced with abuse, threats and a venue refusing to host her. In Australia, public lesbian events that exclude the opposite sex are illegal.

Erasure (23): Erasing (or attempts to erase) same sex attraction.

No lgb without the t (18): Although trans people are allowed to organise on their own, LGB people focusing on their issues is a cardinal sin to trans rights activists, who claim to be on the side of the LGB, despite the massive amounts of homophobia coming from them (see: this entire site).

Pink news lgb (13): LGBT news outlet Pink News posted an article saying LGB people were experiencing poor mental health. But LGB people aren't allowed to do anything just for themselves any more, because it's "transphobic" and "hateful".

Homosexuals are pedophiles (14): Far right nuts call gay (same sex attracted) people pedophiles. So do some "progressives".

Homosexuality is unnatural (11): Some religious groups and conservatives believe homosexuality is caused by abuse or a broken society. Extremist trans rights activists think lesbians who don't like penises (even if the owner of the penis identifies as a woman) may feel that way because of transphobia.

Havent found the right (7): Horrible right wing homophobes will tell gay men they haven't found the right woman yet, and ask lesbians "how do you know you don't like dick if you haven't tried it"? To many trans rights activists, the latter isn't homophobic, because they believe women can have penises.

Sexual racist (4): Some extremist trans rights activists have compared lesbians excluding trans women (biological males) from their dating pool with not dating black people. Worryingly, the CEO of Stonewall (Europe's largest LGBT charity) made similar comments when asked about the pressure lesbians were feeling to accept trans women as sexual partners.

Gay men are women (2): Some convervatives think gay men are not really men because they don't fit regressive stereotypes about manhood. So do some trans rights activists.

Incel vibes (2): Some extreme trans rights activists seem to have a similar entitlement to other peoples' bodies and affection as incels.
