This person is shaming someone for saying they want a "cisgender woman" in their dating profile, then goes on to tell them they should not express their "genital preferences" in a queer space, and that she's obligated to examine them.
In other words, "you can be gay, just don't shove it in my face". This is a good demonstration of how trans activism is harmful to gay rights; this person is a trans man - a biological female - who identifies as gay, and who is now trying to police how gay men talk about their sexuality.

"Stop obsessing over people's genitals, you creep" is a typical TRA response to anything about same sex attraction or sex based rights. They'll also say "this isn't happening!", then when you give them evidence, they'll try and make it look like a good thing. Or ignore the evidence.
